The office staff is professional and very thorough. The grounds are kept clean and pretty quiet even on the weekend. The apartment was very clean upon move-in. Taking my dog for a walk to go potty has been a simple task as well.

Lived here since last year and it's been a good experience. Carolyn makes sure to accommodate your needs and will not sugar coat anything. The maintenance man is great, fixes what you need in a good amount of time. Its library quiet here. I forget I have neighbors until I see the cars in the parking lot also tons of parking spaces. They had a new playground built and so that's a plus for my friends who have kids and want to visit. 1 min walk to our church. Only thing I would love in the apartments are if the bedrooms and living room had ceiling fans. Other than that I give it 5 stars. Will move out when we purchase a home in the future.

The caring staff on premises always available to address any issues and provide a safe environment. Always ensure that the tenants have maintenance concerns addressed and completed. ✔️

Just recently signed my lease and will be moving in six days. So far my experience has been amazing. Carolyn is well informed and friendly. She responds to emails immediately and always answers phone calls. The location is quiet and peaceful. I know I will feel safe here. I can't wait to move in!

I recently moved to Alabama from Ohio and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to live at Meadow Wood Apartments. Carolyn the property manager was so nice personable and professional. From the time I toured the property to actually moving she has been so helpful. The grounds are kept up, it’s quiet, my apartment is cozy and just perfect for me. Carolyn is quick to respond to any maintenance requests and issues. We have monthly residential events in the community room and everything is provided by the office. If your looking to move or new to Alabama like me, and want a great place to live with great amenities, professional property management give Meadow a try you won’t be disappointed.

Driving up to the complex we immediately noticed how well the grounds were. No trash could be seen anywhere. Peopled waved at us. It just felt like a place we would want to live at. From the moment we meet Carolyn we knew she cared deeply about the community. She helped us through every process which made it so much easier. We met Bobby as he showed us all the ends and outs of the apartment. He was very through it all his descriptions. He made it apparent that should we have any problems to let him or Carolyn know. MEADOW WOOD seems like a wonderful place to live and we are so excited to begin our journey!!

The move-in process was very quick and easy. I have met neighbors and everyone is very nice. The grounds are beautifully kept. I am looking forward to this next phase of life. Now after 6 months, I am very happy here. Very quiet, no random people driving through, and very convenient to everything. Had a minor maintenance request and it was completed immediately. Highly recommended. Just signed my renewal lease and it went extremely smooth. Maintenance still takes care of things very quickly. Carolyn in very efficient and gets things done as it should be. Very happy here after almost a year and I did not know if I would like apartment life but I have settled in and am very happy.

The move-in process was very easy/smooth. Carolyn and Bobby have both been wonderful so far and I'm certain it will continue. Very quiet and peaceful complex. Exactly what I was looking for.

Mary at the front was the nicest person! She was filling in but I wish she was staying. But u did have a problem with the bathroom . Very dirty , had not been cleaned. Just waiting for them to clean it. Nit moving in till it’s done.?
